What is Blazor's Return Policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer Returns or Exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return/exchange your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Items must have no visible signs of wear, wash or use. Must have original tags attached, if any.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online portal using your email address and order ID. (Please make sure the email that is entered into the portal is the same email that was used to place the order.)
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- Allow up 24-48 hours to receive further instructions regarding your shipping label and return(s) /exchange(s).
- If there are any questions or you have not received an update within 24 hours, contact customer support via email at email@example.com
- Customers are responsible for covering the full price of the return label and shipping fees for item(s).
- Blazor Apparel is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
